中国青少年足球训练理论与实践探索恒大足球学校的实证研究 　　摘 要：采用文献资料法、实地调研法、测试法、探索性研究法、教学实验法、经验总结法、案例研究法、数理统计法，以恒大足球学校为教学实验对象，在国内推广分校与足球青训基地10个。经过5年实践研究，对中国青少年足球训练提出建议：1）在全国建立足球人才联合培训（补偿）机制，调动各方积极性，解决选材难的问题；2）建立有利于青少年足球运动员长期参加文化学习和足球训练的高考政策；3）出台相关政策，鼓励民间资本投资青少年足球训练；4）建立准入标准和评估制度，规范足球学校健康稳定发展；5）打破壁垒，建立衔接贯通校园足球、新型足球学校、社会足球、职业足球的青少年足球训练体系；6）适应足球发展新形势，加大教练员培训力度；7）总结归纳新型足球学校的内涵和外延，不能以偏概全，否定先行先试的做法；8）建立适合青少年发展特点的赛制，打造有利于提高青少年足球比赛能力的赛事活动。 　　关键词：中国青少年足球；青少年足球训练；足球训练理论；恒大足球学校；选材；青少年足球运动员 　　中图分类号：G 808.1 文章?号：1009-783X（2017）05-0399-05 文献标识码：A 　　Abstract： By using the methods of literature review， investigation， testing， exploratory research， experimental teaching， experience summary， case study and mathematical statistics， taking Hengda Football School as teaching experiment subject， 10 football schools and youth football training bases are promoted in China. After 5 years of practice， some suggestions are put forward on China youth football training： 1） to establish joint training of football talent （compensation） mechanism， in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties to solve the difficult problem of talent selection； 2） to establish a policy of college entrance examination that is conducive to the long-term participation of youth football players in cultural studies and football training； 3） to introduce relevant policies to encourage private capital investment in youth football training； 4） to establish access standards and assessment system， so as to regulate the healthy and stable development of the football schools； 5） to break down barriers by building a youth football training system which can converge campus football， new football schools， social football and professional football； 6） to adapt to the new situation of the development by increasing the training intensity of football coaches； 7） to summarize the connotation and denotation of new football schools instead of overgeneralizing and denying pilot construction practices； and 8） to set up a competition system suitable for the
