乌司他丁联合血必净注射液治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床研究 　　【摘要】目的观察乌司他丁联合血必净注射液治疗急性百草枯中毒的疗效。方法将2010年1月~2013年1月在本院急诊科住院治疗的急性百草枯中毒86例患者随机分为两组, 对照组43例给予常规催吐、洗胃、导泻, 清洁灌肠, 大量补液, 利尿, 维生素C、E, 保护脏器功能及血液灌流治疗, 实验组43例在对照组基础上加用乌司他丁联合血必净注射液治疗, 对比观察两组患者发生肺纤维化、多器官功能障碍综合征( MODS) 及病死率之间的差异。结果与对照组相比, 实验组发生肺纤维化、MODS 的人数少, 病死率低, 差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论乌司他丁联合血必净注射液在治疗急性百草枯中毒时能够有效改善患者重要脏器功能, 降低肺纤维化及MODS的发生率, 病死率下降, 是临床上治疗急性百草枯中毒的有效方法之一。 　　【关键词】百草枯中毒；乌司他丁；血必净注射液；肺纤维化 　　 　　Clinical study of ulinastatin combined with Xuebijing injection on paraquat poisoning ZHAO Yan, CHENG Wen-wei, HAO Yu-gui. Zaozhuang Blood Station, Zaozhuang 277101, China 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of ulinastatin combined with Xuebijing injection on paraquat poisoning. MethodsFrom January 2010 to January 2013, 86 patients with paraquat poisoning who were admitted in the Emergency Department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases for each group. Control group treated with routine emetic, gastric lavage, catharsis, cleaning enema, massive fluid infusion, diuresis, vitaminC, E, protection of organ function and hemoperfusion, experimental group treated with ulinastatin combined with Xuebijing injection based on the therapy of control group. The difference in the pulmonary fibrosis, multiple organ dysfunction syndromes(MODS) and mortality between experimental group and control group were observed and compared. ResultsThe cases of the pulmonary fibrosis and MODS in the experiment group were less than that in the control therapy group. The fatality rate in experiment group was lower than the control therapy group and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). ConclusionUlinastatin combined with Xuebijing injection can improve organ function and reduce the incidence of pulmonary fibrosis and MODS and mortality in the therapy of acute paraquat poisoning, which make it one of the effective therapies for acute paraquat poisoning. 　　【Key words】Paraquat poisoning; Ulinastatin; Xuebijing injection; Pul
