中药盘肠散结合艾灸理疗治疗儿童功能性腹痛的疗效探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 采用中药盘肠散结合艾灸理疗治疗儿童功能性腹痛寒积腹痛证的临床研究。方法 将120例门诊及住院患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组口服盘肠散结合艾灸理疗，对照组予口服山莨菪碱片，观察两组的临床疗效及两组治疗前后腹痛发作次数进行比较。结果 疗程结束后两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义，观察组总有效率为95%，对照组总有效率83.33%，P0.05，两组治疗后腹痛发作次数比较，观察组优于对照组。 结论 中药盘肠散结合艾灸理疗治疗儿童功能性腹痛疗效显著。 　　[关键词] 盘肠散；艾灸；儿童；功能性腹痛 　　[中图分类号] R969.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（b）-0166-03 　　Traditional Chinese Medicine Panchang Powder Curative Effect of the Combined Moxibustion Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Children with Functional Abdominal Pain Observation 　　MA Chuan-zhen，ZHI Ping，ZHANG Jing 　　Department of Pediatrics， Qigihar Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Qigihar，Heilongjiang Province，161000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective The use of Chinese medicine Panchang powder clinical study on combination moxibustion physiotherapy in the treatment of children with functional abdominal pain abdominal pain syndrome of cold accumulation. The observation group oral Panchang powder combined with moxibustion therapy， the control group were given oral anisodamine tablet， clinical curative effect of the two groups were observed before and after treatment in the two groups and the number of comparisons abdominal pain. Results After treatment the total efficiency of two groups were significantly lower than the observation group， the total effective rate was 95%， the comparison group total effectiveness 83.33%，P0.05， the two groups after treatment of abdominal pain episodes of comparison， the observation group than the control group.
