中药辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中药辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法 选取2014年10月～2015年10月我院收治的消化性溃疡患者96例作为研究对象，根据治疗方法分为治疗组（55例）和对照组（41例）。对照组采用三联方案进行治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药口服治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除率及临床症状积分等，并随访1年，观察患者病情复发情况。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率为90.9%，Hp根除率为89.1%，对照组分别为75.6%，70.7%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组患者治疗后临床症状积分也优于对照组患者（P0.05）；随访过程中，治疗组复发5例，复发率为9.1%，对照组复发10例，复发率为24.4%，治疗组复发率显著低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 中药辅助治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡具有较好的效果，能够提高Hp根除率并降低复发率，改善患者临床症状，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 消化性溃??；中药；奥美拉唑；克拉霉素；阿莫西林；幽门螺杆菌 　　[中图分类号] R573.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）11-74-03 　　Traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary curative effect of treatment of helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer 　　YU Jie 　　The TCM Hospital of Ningyang City， Ningyang 271400， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore Traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary curative effect of treatment of helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer. Methods 96 patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the study subjects， and all patients follow the treatment methods were divided into observation group（55 cases） and control group（41 cases）. The patients of control group were treated the joint solution treatment， the patients of observation group on the basis of control group were treated with oral medicine. The clinical efficacy， helicobacter pylori（Hp） eradication rate and clinical symptoms integral， etc. were compared， and followed up for 1 year， the illness relapse were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.9%， Hp eradication rate was 89.1%， and the control group was 75.6% and 70.7% respectively， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The clinical symptom integrals were also better than those in the control group （P0.05）. During the follow-up， 5 cases were observed and the recurrence rate was 9.1%. In the control group， 10 cases were observed and the recurrence rate was 24.4% and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control
