中西医结合社区护理干预对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者复发率的影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨中西医结合社区护理干预对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者复发率的影响。方法 回顾性分析该院于2013年1月―2014年1月收治的110例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的临床资料，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组55例，对照组实施常规社区护理，观察组实施中西医结合社区护理干预，比较两组患者的复发率。结果 观察组的生活维度、心理维度、生理维度、社会维度等指标均高于对照组，两组生活质量评分比较，P0.05，差异有统计学意义；观察组的复发率（18.18%）显著低于对照组的复发率（43.64%），两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者实施中西医结合社区护理干预，显著降低了患者的复发率，同时也改善了患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]性乙型病毒性肝炎；中西医结合；社区护理干预；复发率 　　[中图分类号]R47 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-0742（2015）03（c）-0157-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of community nursing intervention of integrated traditional and western medicine on the recurrence rate of chronic viral hepatitis B. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 110 cases with chronic viral hepatitis B admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 55 cases in each. The control group were treated by the conventional community nursing， while the observation group were treated by the community nursing intervention of integrated traditional and western medicine. And the recurrence rate was compared between the two groups. Results The life dimension， psychological dimension， physical dimension and social dimension of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， respectively； the difference in the quality of life score between the two groups was statistically significant， P0.05； the recurrence rate of the observation group was much lower than that of the control group（18.18% vs. 43.64%）， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with chronic viral hepatitis B， community nursing intervention of integrated traditional and western medicine can significantly reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life， therefore it is worthy of clinical application and promotion. 　　[Key words] Chronic viral hepatitis B； Integrated traditional and western med
