中西医结合治疗对霉菌性阴道炎患者细胞因子的影响研究 　　【摘要】 目的：观察和探讨中西医结合治疗对霉菌性阴道炎患者细胞因子的影响。方法：选择2013年6月-2014年6月本院收治的霉菌性阴道炎患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。观察组采用中西医结合治疗，对照组采用单纯西医治疗，观察对比两组患者的临床疗效以及细胞因子的改善情况。结果：观察组有效60例，临床有效率为100%，显著优于对照组的85%（51/60），比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，观察组炎症分子TNF-α、IL-2、IL-8、IL-13均显著低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗对霉菌性阴道炎患者临床疗效高，炎性细胞因子改善显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 中西医结合； 霉菌性阴道炎； 细胞因子 　　Study on the Effect of the Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine on the Cytokines of Patients with Fungal Vaginitis/HU Ai-zhen，ZHENG Dong-ying.//Medical Innvoation of China，2015，12（30）：089-090 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and study the effect of combined treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine on cytokine of patients with fungal vaginitis.Method：120 patients with fungal vaginitis who were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research subjects，they were randomly divided into two groups，the observation group and control group，each group had 60 cases.The observation group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine，while the control group was treated with western medicine，the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared， and the improvement of cytokines was observed.Result：The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 100%（60/60），while the total effective rate of the control group was 85%（51/60），there was significant difference（P0.05）.After treatment，the inflammatory molecules TNF-α，IL-2，IL-8 and IL-13 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group，and there were significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion：The clincial efficay of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the mycotic vaginitis patients is high，the inflammatory cells are significantly improved，it is worth for clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Combination of Chinese and Western medicine； Mould vaginitis； Cytokine 　　First-author’s address：Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Provi
