主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者的螺旋CT诊断结果分析 　　【摘要】目的 分析主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者的螺旋CT诊断结果。方法 选取我院2013年1月～2016年11月收治的主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者35例作为研究对象，对其CT检查过程与结果进行回顾性分析，将CT检查结果特异性和非特异性进行分析，了解CT检查结果的准确性。结果 CT图像可清晰的了解真假腔的大小、形态变化，剥离内膜片、主动脉壁钙化以及破口位置。根据检查结果的特异性了解，患者出现主动脉真假腔33例（94.29%）；患者的内膜瓣出现移位分离32例（91.43%）。根据检查结果的非特异性了解，患者主动脉出现不规则扩张35例（100%）；患者主动脉壁钙化32例（91.43%）；患者出现附壁血栓6例（17.14%）。螺旋CT诊断34例符合实际，诊断符合率是97.1%。其中1例患者被误诊，误诊率为2.9%。结论 在主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者的检查和诊断中，螺旋CT诊断准确率较为理想，临床推广价值高。 　　【关键词】主动脉夹层动脉瘤；螺旋CT；诊断；结果 　　【中图分类号】R543.1+6 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2016.25.0.02 　　Analysis of spiral CT findings in patients with aortic dissection 　　LI Yong， ZHANG Li-jun 　　（Department of CT； the first hospital of Shandong； Zibo，Shandong Zibo 255200，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective To analyze the results of spiral CT in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Methods 35 cases from January 2013 to November 2016 in our hospital patients with aortic dissection examination as the research object，the process and results of CT examination were retrospectively analyzed，the results of CT and non specificity specific analysis， understand the accuracy of examination results of CT.Results CT images can clearly understand the true and false cavity size，morphology，stripping film，and the location of the rupture aortic wall calcification.According to the specific understanding of the examination results of 33 cases of patients with aortic false lumen，accounting for 94.29%；32 cases of intimal flap shift from 91.43% according to the inspection results of the nonspecific understanding，35 cases of patients with aortic irregular expansion，accounted for 100%；32 cases of patients with aortic wall calcification in 6 cases，accounting for 91.43%；Appearance of mural thrombus，accounted for 17.14%.of spiral CT in the diagnosis of 34 cases with the actual diagnosis rate is 97.1%，among which 1 cases were misdiagnosed，the misdiagnosis rate was 2.9% conclusion In the examination and diagnosis of aortic dissection，spiral CT diagnostic accuracy is ideal，clinical application value
