二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的 评价传统经方二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗痰浊阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的疗效。方法 60例痰浊阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者， 随机分为治疗组和对照组， 各30例。对照组进行基础的西医治疗， 治疗组在对照组的基础上加用二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗。观察两组疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率86.7%优于对照组56.7%（P0.01）。用力肺活量（FVC）、一秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）比较， 治疗组治疗后优于治疗前（P0.05）；深吸气量（IC）比较， 治疗后优于治疗前（P0.05）， 治疗组治疗后优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 二陈汤合三子养亲汤能够明显改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者喘息的症状， 对于改善肺功能效果良好， 值得推广。 　　【关键词】 慢性阻塞性肺疾病；二陈汤合三子养亲汤；肺功能 　　【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of traditional Erchen decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction in the treatment of turbid phlegm obstructing lung type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase. Methods A total of 60 cases of turbid phlegm obstructing lung type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group received basic Western medicine treatment， while the treatment group received additional treatment by Erchen decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction. The curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%， which was better than 56.7% of the control group （P0.01）. The treatment group had better levels of forced vital capacity （FVC） and forced expiratory volume in 1s （FEV1） after the treatment than before it （P0.05）. Comparison of inspiratory capacity （IC） showed that it was better after treatment than before treatment （P0.05）， and it was better in the treatment group after treatment than in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion The application of Erchen decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin decoction can remarkably improve the breathing syndrome of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， and had obviously effect in improving pulmonary function.
