临床路径在声带息肉手术患者中的应用 　　【摘要】 目的：观察研究临床路径在声带息肉手术患者中的临床应用价值。方法：选择2015年10月-2016年10月于笔者所在医院进行声带息肉手术的患者128例，所有患者按照1∶1的比例平均分配为两组，一组为试验组，一组为参考组，每组64例。试验组医护人员严格按照临床路径进行手术；参考组患者按照传统常规方法进行手术。记录并对比两组患者的住院时间、药物费用、手术费用、住院费用及两组患者的治疗效果。结果：试验组患者的平均住院时间、药物费用、手术费用、住院费用均显著低于参考组患者（P0.05）；试验组患者的整体治疗有效率为93.75%，参考组患者的整体治疗有效率为81.25%，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：相对传统常规声带息肉手术而言，在声带息肉手术中按照临床路径进行手术能够显著减少患者的住院时间以及治疗费用，并且能够提高患者的治疗效果，值得临床推广与应用。 　　【关键词】 临床路径； 声带息肉手术； 临床应用 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.15.079 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）15-0142-02 　　Application of Clinical Pathway in Patients with Vocal Cord Polyp Surgery/CHEN Xiao-ping，YANG Feng，QU Guang-cheng.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（15）：142-143 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical application value of clinical pathway in patients with vocal cord polyp surgery.Method：128 patients with vocal cord polyp surgery in our hospital were selected from October 2015 to October 2016，according to the ratio of 1∶1 the average distribution of all patients were devided into two groups，one group was the experimental group，one group was the reference group，with each group 64 cases.In the experimental group，the medical staff strictly according to the clinical pathway for surgery；reference group of patients according to the traditional method of surgery.The hospital time，drug costs，operation costs，hospitalization costs and the treatment effect of the two groups were recorded and compared.Result：The average hospitalization time，drug costs，operation costs and hospitalization costs of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group（P0.05）.The whole treatment effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%，the overall treatment effective rate of the control group was 81.25%，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with the traditional routine operation of vocal cords polyp，vocal cord polyp surgery in accordance with clinical path of surgery can significantly reduce hos
