临床护理路径在老年急性肠胃炎患者中的应用价值 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨临床护理路径在老年急性肠胃炎患者中的应用价值。方法：选取2012年6月-2015年6月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的200例老年急性肠胃炎患者，均分为对照组和试验组，每组100例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施，试验组患者采用优质的全面护理干预措施，观察两组的疾病治疗效果以及护理前后的焦虑评分情况。结果：试验组的治疗总有效率为97.0%，显著高于对照组的83.0%，且试验组患者焦虑评分降低情况显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：临床护理路径能够有效改善老年急性肠胃炎患者的症状，并且能显著缓解患者内心焦虑等负面情绪，值得进一步推广。 　　【关键词】 临床护理路径； 老年急性肠胃炎； 应用价值 　　中图分类号 R473.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）10-0089-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application value of clinical nursing path in elderly patients with acute gastroenteritis.Method：200 elderly patients with acute gastroenteritis in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected，they were divided into the control group and the experimental group，100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing，the experimental group was treated with high quality and comprehensive nursing intervention.The treatment effect of diseasse and the anxiety score before and after nursing between the two groups were observed.Result：The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.0%，which significantly higher than 83.0% of the control group，the anxiety score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical nursing path can effectively improve symptoms of elderly patients with acute gastroenteritis，and can significantly relieve the patients’ heart anxiety and other negative emotions，it is worthy of further promotion. 　　【Key words】 Clinical nursing pathway； Elderly patients with acute gastroenteritis； Application value 　　First-author’s address：Chongqing Zhongxian People’s Hospital，Chongqing 404300，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.10.047 　　患者一旦感染急性肠胃炎，除了进行及时的常规治疗外，还应实施科学有效的护理干预措施，才能有助于患者早日康复[1]。为了进一步探讨研究临床护理路径在老年急性肠胃炎患者中的应用价值，本研究随机选取了2012年6月-2015年6月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的200例老年急性肠胃炎患者，采用对照方法进行研究。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　随机选取2012年6月-2015年6月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的200例老年急性肠胃炎患者，均分为对照组和试验组。所有选取研究对象均为饮食4～6 h后发病，症状为恶心、腹泻、
