二氧化锆全瓷牙在前牙修复中的应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨在前牙修复中应用全瓷牙的临床效果。方法 将2013年1月～2015年3月在我院口腔科收治的进行前牙修复的患者中，随机选取100例随访成功的前牙修复患者作为研究对象，采取电脑随机抽取法将100例患者分为对照组、观察组，每组为50例。对照组采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠进行修复，观察组采用二氧化锆全瓷牙进行修复。对比两组患者的修复效果。结果 与对照组相比，观察组的修复体外形评分、修复体色泽评分均明显更优（P0.05）。观察组的口腔舒适度、牙冠完整性分别为94%、86%，均明显高于对照组的78%、68%（P0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组的0级牙龈指数患者所占比例明显增高（P0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组的满意度明显更高（P0.05）。结论 在前牙修复中应用二氧化锆全瓷牙进行修复，其美学效果显著，可有效减轻对牙龈的影响。 　　[关键词]前牙修复；全瓷牙；镍铬合金烤瓷冠 　　[中图分类号]R783 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1674-4721（2016）06（b）-0099-03 　　Application effect of Zirconium dioxide full porcelain tooth on anterior teeth restoration 　　SHI Yong-yong HAO Jie 　　Department of Stomatology，Red Cross Hospital of Lianzhou City in Guangdong Province，Lianzhou 513400，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Zirconium dioxide full porcelain tooth on anterior teeth restoration.Methods From January 2013 to March 2015，in stomatology department of our hospital were required for the repair of anterior teeth patients，100 patients followed up successfully with restoration anterior teeth were randomly selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group by taking computer random sampling method，each group had 50 cases.In the control group Ni Cr alloy porcelain crown were used to repair，while in the observation group Zirconium dioxide full porcelain tooth were used to repair.The repair effect of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group，the shape score and color score of dental prosthesis in the observation group were significantly better （P0.05）.In the observation group，the oral comfort and intact crowns was respectively 94%，86%，significantly higher than 78%，68% in the control group （P0.05）.Compared with the control group，ratio of 0 level of gingival index in the observation group was significantly higher （P0.05）.Compared with the control group，satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher （P0.05）.Conclusion Application of Zirconium dioxide full porcelain tooth i
