交叉韧带重建术后实施系统康复治疗对促进患者膝关节功能恢复的作用 　　【摘要】 目的：分析与探讨实施系统康复治疗对交叉韧带重建术后患者膝关节功能的影响。方法：选择经本院临床确诊后进行交叉韧带重建术的40例患者为临床研究对象，根据就诊顺序编号并按单双号分为两组，对照组（单号）20例给予传统康复治疗，试验组（双号）20例实施系统康复治疗。比较两组患者的Lysholm评分、IKDC评分、回访优良率及膝关节活动度。结果：试验组患者Lysholm评分、IKDC评分、回访优良率及膝关节活动度均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：将系统康复治疗应用于交叉韧带重建术后患者，疗效显著，回访优良率较高，有助于改善患者膝关节功能，增强其稳定性及活动度，促进其恢复。 　　【关键词】 交叉韧带重建术； 系统； 膝关节； 康复治疗； 恢复 　　The Effect of Systematic Rehabilitation on the Recovery of Knee Joint Function after Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction/ZHANG Lin.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（03）：096-099 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and discuss the effect of rehabilitation on knee joint function after cruciate ligament reconstruction in the patients with cruciate ligament reconstruction.Method：40 patients after clinical diagnosis of cruciate ligament reconstruction in our hospital were selected as research objects，according to the treatment sequence number and according to single and double divided into two groups，the control group（single number） 20 cases were treated with traditional rehabilitation treatment，the experimental group（double number） 20 cases of the implementation of systematic rehabilitation.The patients with Lysholm score，IKDC score，the excellent rate of return and knee joint activity of the two groups were compared.Result：The Lysholm score，IKDC score，the excellent rate of return and knee joint activity of the experimental group were better than those in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitation in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery，the curative effect is remarkable，the excellent rate of return is high，help to improve the disease of knee joint function，enhance the stability and activity，promote the recovery. 　　【Key words】 Cruciate ligament reconstruction； System； Knee joint； Rehabilitation； Recovery 　　First-author’s address：Meizhou People’s Hospital，Meizhou 514000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.03.028 　　膝?P节是
