人性化服务在围术期护理中的运用
【摘要】 目的:探讨人性化服务在围术期护理中的应用价值。方法:选取2012年3月-2014年3月在笔者所在医院进行手术治疗并进行了人性化护理的11 832例患者作为研究组,随机抽取2011年未进行人性化护理的手术治疗200例患者为对照组,观察患者在术中焦虑情绪的出现几率、护理前后生命体征的变化以及护理服务的满意度。结果:在护理前研究组与对照组的各项生命体征比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),护理后,研究组患者的生命体征改善情况优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组术中出现焦虑的总焦虑率为14.2%,对照组为56.0%,研究组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);研究组患者及其家属服务满意度达100%,对照组的满意度为84.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:人性化的护理服务能有效降低患者在手术中出现焦虑的几率,稳定患者的生命体征,提高患者对医院服务的满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application value of humanized service in nursing care in perioperative period.Method:11 832 cases with humanistic nursing care and operation patients from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research group,200 cases with operation and without humanized nursing in 2011 were randomly selected as the control group,the rate of anxiety in operation,the change of vital signs before and after nursing and nursing service satisfaction survey were observed.Result:The vital signs in the research group and the control group before treatment had no significant difference(P0.05),after nursing,the research group were better than those in the control group,there had significant difference(P0.05),and the rate of anxiety in the research group wad 14.2%,the control group was 56.0%,the humanized nursing group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P0.05);the service satisfaction of the patients and their families in the research group was 100%,the control group was 84.5%,there had significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The humanized nursing service can effectively reduce anxiety appeared in the operation of patients,and stable vital signs,improve patient satisfaction o
