人性化护理干预在手术患儿中的应用价值 　　【摘要】目的探究人性化护理干预应用于手术患儿的效果，为手术患儿临床护理工作提供可靠依据。方法选取2014年1月～2015年5月住院治疗的53例手术患儿进行人性化护理干预（研究组），并选取同期53例常规护理干预的手术患儿进行对比（对照组），比较不同护理干预下两组患儿的术后并发症，采取自制的患儿心理状况量表评估患儿护理前后心理状况，并对比两组患儿家属对护理干预的满意程度。结果护理干预后对照组患儿出现并发症9例（16.98%），研究组患儿出现感染1例（1.89%），对照组患儿总并发症发生率明显高于研究组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），护理干预后两组患儿心理状况评分均明显提升，对照组为（81.2±2.1）分，研究组为（92.2±3.1）分，研究组患儿心理状况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。研究组对护理满意程度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论手术患儿中应用人性化护理干预效果良好，可明显降低术后并发症，改善患儿心理状况，使患儿保持积极乐观态度面对疾病，配合医生治疗，且患儿家属对护理干预满意程度高，具有较高的临床应用及推广价值。 　　【关键词】小儿手术；人性化护理；心理状况；满意度 　　中图分类号：R473.72 文献标识码：ADOI：10.3969/j.issn2015.06.023 　　Application value of humanized nursing intervention in operative children 　　YE Jinli，MA Xiaohong，SUN Cuicui，TAN Xiaomei 　　（Operation Room，The Affiliated Children’ s Hospital of Zhejiang University 　　School of Medicine，Hangzhou 310000，Zhejiang，China） 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore effect of humanized nursing intervention on children who received operation，so as to provide reliable basis for clinical nursing of the children.Methods53 operative children who hospitalized from January，2014 to May，2014 were given humanized nursing intervention and selected as research group，and 53 children，who were given routine nursing intervention in the same period，were selected as the control group.Then，postoperative complications of the two groups were compared，and selfmade mental status scale of the children was adopted to evaluate their psychological status before and after treatment.In addition，family members’ satisfaction degree on the nursing intervention were compared.Results After nursing intervention，complications were found in 9 cases （16.98%） of the control group，and infection was found in 1 case（1.89%） of the research group，total incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that of the research group，difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After nursing intervention，scores of psychological status of the two groups improved，score of the research group
