人工流产后口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片的临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】目的：探讨人工流产后口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片的效果。方法：2009年8月～2012年8月我院收治的1002例自愿要求人工流产终止妊娠的早孕妇女，按随机数字表法将纳入病例分为观察组502和对照组500例。所有患者均常规使用负压吸引术施行人工流产术，术后口服益母草颗粒5天。观察组术后即日加服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片，1片/天，21天停药。结果：观察组阴道流血时间明显少于对照组（P0.05）；流血量多于平时月经量者显著少于对照组（P0.05）；月经恢复时间正常者显著多于对照组（P0.05）；术后感染及宫腔残留再次清宫均显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：人工流产后口服炔雌醇环丙孕酮片能有效减少术后阴道流血量及流血时间，促进正常月经恢复，降低术后感染及宫腔残留再次清宫率，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】人工流产；炔雌醇环丙孕酮片 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the efficacy of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets oral after abortion. Methods： A total of 1002 cases of pregnancy women voluntary requires termination of pregnancy from August 2009 to August 2011 in our hospital will be incorporated， according to randomly number table were divided into the observation group and control group with 200 cases in each group. All patients were implemented abortion under B ultrasound monitoring by the same gynecologist， oral Motherwort particles five days after. The observation group were serving ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets，1 table/time， and 1 time/day， withdrawal at 21 days. Results： The time of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that of control group（P0.05）， cases of amount of menstrual bleeding more than the usual of menstrual flow were significantly less than the control group （P0.05），cases of turning menstrual at the normal time were significantly more than the control group （P0.05）.The residual and infection after operation in the observation group was significantly less than that of control group（P0.05）.
