人性化护理干预对妇产科腹腔镜手术患者心理状况及生活质量的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨人性化护理干预对妇产科腹腔镜手术患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年12月本院妇产科进行妇产科腹腔镜手术的50例患者作为研究对象，全部入选患者按照随机数字表法分为干预组（实施人性化护理）和对照组（常规护理），每组各25例，比较两组的心理状况SAS评分、SDS评分，以及两组患者的生活质量评分。结果：干预组和对照组出院时的SAS评分、SDS评分较入院时显著降低，且干预组显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。干预组患者的生理功能、社会功能、生理职能与躯体疼痛各项评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对妇产科腹腔镜手术患者围术期实施人性化护理干预，有利于改善患者的负性心理状况，提高患者的生活质量。 　　【关键词】 腹腔镜手术； 妇产科； 人性化护理； 心理状况； 生活质量 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the influence of humanized nursing on quality of life and psychological status of patients with laparoscopic operation of gynecology and obstetrics.Method：50 cases for obstetrics and gynecology laparoscopic surgery in Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected in the study， all patients were randomly divided into intervention group （the implementation of humanistic nursing） and control group （routine nursing），25 cases in each group，the mental status of the SAS score，SDS score，and the two groups of patients quality of life score were compared between two groups.Result：The SAS score and SDS score of the intervention group and the control group at discharged significantly reduced compared with admission，and the intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group，the differences were statistically significant between two groups（P0.05）.The physiological function，social function，physiological function and physical pain scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic operation of gynecology and obstetrics patients in perioperative period of the implementation of humanistic nursing intervention，is helpful to improving the negative psychological status of patients，improving the patients’ quality of life. 　　【Key words】 Laparoscopic surgery； Obstetrics and Gynecology； Humanistic nursing； Psychological status； Quality of life 　　First-author’s ad
