介入治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血的临床效果研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究介入治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血的临床效果。方法：选取2014年9月-2016年1月在本院治疗的54例脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者作为研究对象。采用动态随机化分法将所有患者均分为研究组和对照组，各27例。研究组患者在发病3 d内给予早期介入治疗，对照组患者在发病3 d后进行晚期介入治疗，对比两组患者栓塞效果、mRS评分优良情况、并发症发生情况。结果：研究组的完全栓塞率和mRS评分良好率均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组的并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者采用早期介入治疗效果显著，并发症发生率较少，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 脑动脉瘤破裂出血； 介入治疗； 效果 　　The Clinical Effect Study of Interventional Treatment for Ruptured Intracranial Aneurysm/YANG Bin-yuan，CHEN Gui-zeng，LI Shao-peng，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（15）：121-123 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of interventional treatment for ruptured intracranial aneurysms.Method：54 patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture and bleeding in our hospital from September 2014 to January 2016 were selected as research objects，according to the dynamic randomization method，all patients were randomly divided into study group and control group，27 cases in each group.The study group was treated with early intervention within 3 d，the control group was treated with advanced interventional therapy after 3 d，the embolization effect，mRS score excellent situation，complications of the two groups were compared.Result：The complete embolization rate and mRS score of the study group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of early interventional therapy on patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture and bleeding is significant，and the incidence of complications is low，so it is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Cerebral aneurysm rupture bleeding； Interventional therapy； Curative effect 　　First-author’s address：Dongguan People’s Hospital，Dongguan 523000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.15.035 　　脑动脉瘤是一种严重危害人类健康的脑血管疾病，其破裂后的主要表现为蛛网膜下腔出血，由于?勇隽銎屏殉鲅?发病凶险，院前死亡率较高，流行病学研究显示其平均死亡率在27%～4
