介入治疗腹主动脉瘤合并髂内动脉瘤的临床有效性分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨介入治疗腹主动脉瘤（AAA）合并髂内动脉瘤的临床效果。方法 选取我院2015年1月～2016年1月收治的122例AAA合并髂内动脉瘤患者作为研究对象，依据治疗方案的不同分为对照组（60例）和观察组（62例）。对照组行传统开腹手术治疗，观察组行介入治疗。比较两组的并发症发生率、手术时间、住院时间、术中失血量、术后下地活动时间、ICU护理时间、正常饮食时间以及治疗后的白细胞、钾离子、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、血小板与尿氮素水平。结果 观察组的并发症发生率为9.68%，显著低于对照组的23.33%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 临床给予AAA合并髂内动脉瘤患者介入治疗的效果确切，并发症发生率低，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]介入治疗；腹主动脉瘤；髂内动脉瘤；开腹手术；栓塞；动脉退行性疾病 　　[中图分类号] R459.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（c）-0032-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of interventional therapy on treating abdominal aortic aneurysm （AAA） combining with internal iliac artery aneurysm.Methods 122 cases of AAA combining with internal iliac artery aneurysm in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the control group （60 cases） and the observation group （62 cases） according to the different therapeutic regimens.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy，and the observation group was treated with interventional therapy.The incidence rate of complications，surgical time，hospital stay，intraoperative amount of bleeding，time to be off bed after surgery，nursing time in intensive care unit （ICU），normal diet time，and the levels of white blood cell，potassiumion，glutamic-pyruvic transaminase，blood platelet，and urea nitrogen were compared in the two groups.Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 9.68%，which was lower than 23.33% in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion Application of interventional therapy for patients with AAA and internal iliac artery aneurysm in clinic can obtain a definite effect and a low incidence rate of complications，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words]Interventional therapy；Abdominal aortic aneurysm；Internal iliac artery aneurysm；Laparotomy；Embolism；Arterial degenerative disease 　　腹主动脉瘤（abdominal aortic aneurysm，AAA）是指腹主动脉局限性扩张超过正常直径的50%，是一类危害生命健康的严重疾病[1-2]。AAA患者临床主要表现为疼痛、血管破裂等症状，在一定程
