基于专利分析的世界传统药物创新技术分布与趋势研究 　　摘要：目的 了解世界传统药物的创新技术整体布局与趋势。方法 按照国际专利分类法结合关键词检索Innography专利数据库，对2006年1月1日-2016年12月31日世界传统药物相关专利文献进行统计。采用频数统计进行趋势分析、热点分布研究；采用文本聚类、相关性分析进行热点分析；采用Innography专利数据库集成的专利强度分析功能，进行世界传统药物专利强度分布分析；采用趋势图、气泡图、树图、文本聚类环形图等可视化图表进行结果展示。结果 近年世界传统药物专利申请量呈逐年递增趋势，以中国、韩国、日本和美国为主。创新技术主要集中在药物组合物、生药、提取物、化学成分和健康服务等方面。消化系统疾病、疼痛/发热/炎症、感染、皮肤疾病等为传统药物疗效研究的热点领域。除临床治疗外，传统药物作为化妆品、保健品、膳食补充剂、饮品等新用途也被广泛深度开发。结论 世界传统药物专利逐年递增，中国、美国的创新技术世界领先。慢性病、难治病为传统药物治疗的热点领域。传统药物的多种新用途被广泛开发。 　　关键词：传统药物；中药；专利；创新技术；文献计量学 　　DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1005-5304.2018.04.021 　　中图分类号：R2-05 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-5304（2018）04-0102-07 　　Abstract： Objective To analyze the distribution and tends of innovation technology of traditional drugs around the world. Methods Relevant patent literature about world traditional drugs in Innography patent database was retrieved by IPC class numbers combined with keywords. The patents of traditional drugs from January 1st， 2006 to December 31st， 2016 were under statistical analysis. Frequency statistics was used for trend analysis and hot spot distribution； text clustering and correlation analysis were used for hot spot analysis； patent database was used for strength analysis， to analyze the strength of drug distribution of world traditional patent； visual charts were used to display results such as trend charts， bubble charts， tree diagrams， text clustering rings， etc.. Results In the recent years， the number of patent applications of traditional drugs has been increasing year by year. China， South Korea， Japan and the United States were the main patent applications / authorized countries. Technology innovation is mainly concentrated in the medicinal compositions， crude drugs， extracts， chemical composition and health care， etc. Digestive system diseases， pain/fever/inflammation， infection， skin diseases and so on are the hot spots of traditional drug therapy.
