单纯扩大潜式开窗减压术治疗退变性腰椎侧弯并椎管狭窄症疗效 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨单纯扩大潜式开窗减压术治疗退变性腰椎侧弯并椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。 方法 选取2011年7月～2014年6月福建省三明市第二医院收治的80例退变性腰椎侧弯并椎管狭窄症患者按随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组各40例。对照组采用后路减压植骨融合内固定术进行治疗；研究组采用单纯扩大潜式开窗减压术进行治疗。对比两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及治疗前、后的Cobbs角、腰背疼痛程度、Oswestry功能障碍指数、生活质量。结果 研究组手术时间明显较对照组短（P0.05）；研究组治疗后Cobbs角大于对照组（P0.05）；研究组治疗后腰背疼痛、Oswestry功能障碍指数、生活质量得分均明显低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 单纯扩大潜式开窗减压术治疗退变性腰椎侧弯并椎管狭窄症手术时间短，出血量少，患者恢复快，且术后总体疗效更好。 　　[关键词] 单纯扩大潜式开窗减压术；退变性腰椎侧弯；椎管狭窄症 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）20-119-04 　　Curative effect of simple expanding latent fenestration decompression in the treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis combined with spinal canal stenosis 　　ZHENG Lingyun DENG Qiuping TIAN Huaqiang FANG Liangtao 　　Department of Orthopedics，Sanming Second Hospital，Yongan 366000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To learn about the clinical curative effect of simple expanding latent fenestration decompression in the treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis combined with spinal canal stenosis.
