健康教育对胃癌术后住院患者疾病不确定感、应对方式及生活质量的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨健康教育对胃癌术后住院患者疾病不确定感、应对方式及生活质量的影响。 方法 纳入172例胃癌术后住院患者，随机分为干预组和对照组各86例，干预组采用信息支持、心理干预、认知行为指导及团组互助为重点的健康教育，对照组采用常规健康教育。 结果 干预后干预组不明确性、不一致性、复杂性、不可测性及不确定感总分均显著低于对照组（P0.05）。干预后两组面对、回避、屈服维度得分差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。干预后干预组生活质量优于对照组（P0.05）。MUIS各维度分别与MCMQ面对、回避、屈服维度具有相关性（P0.05），MUIS各维度分别与QLQ-STO22各维度及总分均有显著的相关性（P0.05）。 结论 胃癌术后患者存在明显的不确定感，不确定感对患者应对疾病的方式及生活质量均可产生不良影响，针对性健康教育有助改善患者不确定感、应对方式及生活质量。 　　[关键词] 胃癌；健康教育；不确定感；应对方式；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）33-0103-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the impact of health education on uncertainty， coping style and quality of life in hospitalized patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 172 cases of hospitalized patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into intervention group and control group， each group of 86 cases， the intervention group received information support， psychological interventions， cognitive behavioral guidance and assistance missions focus on health education， and control group received conventional health education. Results The intervention group ambiguity， inconsistency， complexity， unpredictability and uncertainty of the total score were significantly lower than that in the control group（P0.05）. After the intervention， the scores of face， avoided and yield between the two groups had statistically significant difference （P0.05）. After the intervention， the quality of life in the intervention group were better than the control group（P0.05）. MUIS each dimension and face， avoiding， yield dimension of MCMQ were separately correlated（P0.05）， MUIS dimensions respectively QLQ-STO22 dimensions and total scores were significantly correlated（P0.05）. Conclusion There is an obvious sense of uncertainty in the gastric cancer patients， a sense of uncertainty for patients and the way to deal with the disease can adversely affect quality of life， health education targeted help to improve patients’ uncertainty， coping and quality of life. 　　[Key
