无缝隙护理对糖尿病住院患者健康知识及血糖控制的影响探析 　　[摘要] 目的 探究分析无缝隙护理对糖尿病住院患者健康知识和血糖控制的影响作用。方法 抽选2014年2月―2015年2月该院收治的糖尿病患者80例，随机分成护理组（40例，接受无缝隙护理方案）和常规组（40例，接受常规护理方案），对比分析两组护理效果。结果 护理组患者健康知识掌握程度、FBG（空腹血糖）、2hPBG（餐后2h血糖）改善程度以及护理满意度均明显优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对糖尿病患者在住院期间实施无缝隙护理可以增强患者对健康知识的认知度，患者血糖水平也得到有效的控制，推荐推广。 　　[关键词] 无缝隙护理；糖尿病住院患者；健康知识；血糖控制 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）03（a）-0001-04 　　Effect of Seamless Nursing on the Mastering of Health Knowledge and Glycemic Control in Hospitalized Diabetic Patients 　　LI Yan 　　Department of Rheumatism and Immunology， Shandong Zibo First Hospital， Zibo， Shandong Province， 255200 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of seamless nursing on the mastering of health knowledge and glycemic control in hospitalized diabetic patients. Methods 80 cases with diabetes admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the nursing group（40 cases） treated by seamless nursing and the control group（40 cases） treated by conventional nursing. And the nursing efficacies of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The degree of mastering of health knowledge was much better in the nursing group than that in the control group， P0.05. The improvement in the level of fasting blood glucose（FBG） was notably better in the nursing group than that in the control group， P0.05. The improvement in the level of 2h postprandial blood glucose（2hPBG） was more distinct in the nursing group than that in the control group， P0.05. The level of nursing satisfaction was much higher in the nursing group than that in the control group， P0.05.
