医学生自信心与主观幸福感关系研究 　　摘 要 目的：探讨医学生自信心和主观幸福感的特点以及其相互关系，为医学生心理健康教育提供实证依据。方法：采用总体幸福感量表和青年学生自信问卷对266名医学生进行测评。结果：（1）医学生的自信心和主观幸福感均处于中等偏上水平。（2）医学生的自信心和主观幸福感存在性别差异（p.05）。（3）医学生的自信心与主观幸福感间呈显著正相关（p.01），自信心对医学生的主观幸福感具有显著的预测作用，自信心共解释了医学生主观幸福感36.2%的变异。结论：医学生的自信心和主观幸福感均处于中等偏上水平，医学生的自信心与主观幸福感显著相关，自信心是影响医学生主观幸福感的重要变量。 　　关键词 医学生 自信心 主观幸福感 　　中图分类号：G444 文献标识码：A 　　A Study on the Relationship between Self-confidence and 　　Subjective Well-being of Medical Students 　　FANG Biji， LIU Caixia， WU Zhixia 　　（Gannan Medical University， Ganzhou， Jiangxi 341000） 　　Abstract Objective： To explore the present situation of self-confidence and subjective well-being of medical students and their mutual relationship， to provide empirical basis for medical students mental health education. Methods： A survey was conducted among 266 students with General Well-being Scale and Self-confidence Questionnaire for Young Students. Results： （1） Self-confidence and subjective well-being of medical students are in the superior middling. （2） There is difference on self-confidence and subjective well-being between genders （p）， but there is no difference on self-confidence and subjective well-being among the medical students from different places and grades （p.05）. （3） Self-confidence of medical students is significantly positively related to subjective well-being （p-confidence can significantly predict subjective well-being of medical students （p -confidence can explain 36.2% variation of subjective well-being.
