医护一体化护理干预对脑胶质瘤患者术后并发症与生活质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的：分析医护一体化护理干预对脑胶质瘤患者术后并发症与生活质量的影响。方法：选择2014年2月-2016年3月本院神经外科收治的110例脑胶质瘤患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各55例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用医护一体化指导护理，对比两组患者的近远期并发症发生情况和末次随访生活质量。结果：观察组的并发症合计发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组均未见退出例，平均随访（8.4±1.1）个月。末次随访时，观察组的生理、心理、独立性、社会关系、总体评分均高于术前，且均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组的生理、总体评分均高于术前，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对脑胶质瘤术后患者采用医护一体化护理，可降低并发症发生风险，提高患者术后生活质量。 　　【关键词】 脑胶质瘤； 术后护理； 生活质量； 并发症； 医护一体化 　　Effect of Integrated Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Complications and Quality of Life of Glioma Patients/REN Jin-hong，JIA Pei-lan，ZHAO Jing-hui.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（06）：091-094 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of integration nursing intervention on the postoperative complications and quality of life of patients with glioma.Method：110 patients with glioma were selected as research subjects who were admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2016，they were divided into the observation group and control group according to random number method，55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing，and the observation group was guided by integration nursing care，the quality of life of the last follow-up and the last follow-up of the two groups were compared.Result：The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.There was no withdrawal cases in the two groups，with an average follow-up of （8.4±1.1） months.At the last follow-up，the scores of physiological，psychological，independent，social relations and the of the observation group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；the physiological score and overall score of the control group were higher than those before operation，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of integrated nursing care for patients with glioma after surgery can reduce
