医护一体模式下快速流程护理在急性心肌梗死介入治疗中应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨医护一体模式下快速流程护理在急性心肌梗死介入治疗中的应用效果。 方法 选择2011年1月～2014年1月在我院工作两年以上的医护人员19名，并选取同期行介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各40例。观察组实施医护一体化工作模式下快速流程护理，对照组实施常规护理。比较两组护理人员对工作环境评价的得分，同时统计两组患者的康复指标及护理满意度。 结果 观察组护理人员在医护关系、排班满意、护理管理者能力以及护士主动参与度的得分均高于对照组（P0.05）；观察组的总住院时间短于对照组，术后下床时间早于对照组，抢救成功率高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的满意度为95.0%，显著高于对照组的37.5%（P0.05）。 结论 医护一体模式下实施快速流程护理方案可显著提高护士的工作效率及积极性，改善急性心肌梗死介入治疗的效果，提高患者满意度。 　　[关键词] 医护一体模式；快速流程护理；急性心肌梗死；介入治疗 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）01（b）-0191-04 　　Application effect of fast-track nursing under the health care integration model for interventional therapy with acute myocardial infarction 　　MA Shi-hong 　　Operating Room，the First People′s Hospital of Shenyang City，Shenyang 110041，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of fast-track nursing under the health care integration model for interventional therapy with acute myocardial infarction.
