医护人员共同制定分级护理制度在妇产科中应用效果 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨在妇产科实施由医护人员共同制定的分级护理制度的临床应用效果。方法：2014年3月-2015年3月期间120例患者为传统组实施传统护理制度，2015年4月-2016年4月期间120例患者为医护组实施由医护人员共同制定的分级护理制度。选取两年度科室内工作人员67例，观察比较两年度科室人员及患者和家属对临床护理服务的满意度及护理质量评价。结果：医护人员对传统组护理制度满意度为64.18%，明显低于医护组91.04%，两者满意度比较差异有统计学意义（ 字2=21.23，P0.01）；传统组患者对科室护理人员责任心、专科护理技能、实践能力及护理态度等指标评分均较医护组低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：在妇产科实施由医护人员共同制定的分级护理制度，能有效地提高医护人员、患者及家属对临床护理服务质量的满意度和对临床护理质量评价。 　　【关键词】 妇产科； 分级护理制度； 医护人员共同制定； 应用效果 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the clinical application effect of grading nursing system of implementation shall be formulated by the medical staff common obstetrics and gynecology.Method：From March 2014 to March 2015，120 patients with traditional nursing system were selected as the traditional group，from April 2015 to April 2016，120 patients of grading nursing system were selected as medical staff group.Two annual staff within the department of 67 cases were selected，two annual department personnel，the patients and family satisfaction of clinical nursing care and nursing quality evaluation were observed.Result：The nursing satisfaction of department staff to the traditional system was 64.18%， significantly lower than the medical staff group，the difference was statistically significant between satisfaction （ 字2=21.23，P0.01）.Traditional group of patients for nursing personnel department responsibility， specialty nursing skills， practical ability and attitude index scores were lower than those of medical staff group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：In obstetrics and gynecology of grading nursing system，developed by medical staff can effectively improve the medical staff，patients and their families to clinical nursing service quality satisfaction and the quality of clinical nursing evaluation. 　　【Key words】 Obstetrics and gynecology； Grading nursing system； Made by the doctor and nurse； Influence 　　First-author’s address：Shenzhen Longhua New District Central Hospital，Shenzhen 518110，China 　　doi
