医护合作培训对提高骨科专科手术护士实践能力应用成效 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨医护合作培训模式对提高骨科专科手术护士实践能力的应用成效。方法：研究组制定培训计划， 应用医护合作培训模式对骨科专科手术护士进行培训，与传统单纯护理培训进行对照（对照组），比较两组培训后的专科理论知识、专业操作技能、骨科手术器械准备情况及手术医师对护士的满意度。结果：研究组专科理论考核成绩优良率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），专业操作技能考核成绩、手术器械准备优良率均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05），骨科手术医师对研究组护士满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：医护合作培训模式对提高骨科专科手术护士的理论、专业操作技能水平、手术器械准备完整率及医师对手术护士的满意度有较高的价值，是一种值得推荐的在职培训方式。 　　【关键词】 医护合作； 培训； 护理； 骨科手术 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the application effect of medical cooperation training on improving the nurses’ practical ability in the department of orthopedics.Method：Training plan of medical cooperation training pattern in the department of orthopedics had been made in the study group compared with the control group which using the traditional nursing training.The level of the nurses’ theoretical knowledge and the professional skills，the preparation of the surgical equipments and the doctors’ satisfaction degree of two groups after respective trainings were compared.Result：There was no significant difference in the excellent rate of the theoretical test between two groups（P0.05），while the assessment result of professional operational skill，preparation of surgical instruments and doctors’ satisfaction degree in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：As a recommended incumbency training，the medical cooperation training would be helpful for improving the nurses’ theoretical knowledge and the professional skills.It is also helpful for the intact rate of surgical equipments and the doctors’ satisfaction in the department of orthopedics. 　　【Key words】 Medical nursing cooperation； Training； Nursing； Surgery of orthopedics 　　First-author’s address：Shantou Central Hospital，Affiliated Shantou Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University，Shantou 515031，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.12.021 　　随着骨科手术的发展，大量的新技术、新项目不断引进，手术室护士面临的新理论和新技术越来越多[1]，对手术室骨科专业护士的整体素质和专业水平要求越来越高。手术室部分护士由于未能及时更新骨科手术领域的专科知识，导致对特殊手术仪器准备不足或医护手术配合不到位，影响手术
