医护联合培训模式在县级医院ICU培训中优势 　　[摘要] 目的 比较县级医院ICU医护联合培训与非联合培训两种模式的区别并提出更为有效的培训模式。 方法 从8家县级医院选择的医护人员分为联合培训组与非联合培训组。对两组学员进行理论和临床教学，考核其理论知识与操作技能，并比较培训前后联合培训及非联合培训组学员成绩及开始心肺复苏时间。 结果 ①两组培训后理论成绩和单独操作成绩均高于培训前（P 0.01）；培训后两组联合操作成绩均高于培训前，且联合培训组高于非联合培训组，差异均有高度统计学意义（P 0.01）。②两组培训后开始心肺复苏时间较培训前均有所减低，且联合培训组较非联合培训组显著缩短，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05或P 0.01）。 结论 医护联合培训可以更为有效地提高县级医院ICU培训的效果和提高危重症的救治率。 　　[关键词] 联合培训；县级医院；ICU；操作技能 　　[中图分类号] R192.3 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2013）11（a）-0164-03 　　Advantages of joint training to the doctor and nurse in ICU training course of county level hospitals 　　ZONG Xiaojian GUO Lijuan 　　The Second Hospital of Gansu Province， Lanzhou 730000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To find the difference between the joint and non-joint training to the doctor and nurse in ICU training course of county level hospitals， and to put up the more effective mode of training. Methods Medical workers of 8 county level hospitals were selected and divided into non-joint training group and joint training group. Teaching and clinical practice were instructed， theoretical knowledge and operating skills were tested， the scores and the beginning time of resuscitation was compared between the two groups before and after the training. Results ①Theoretical results and separate operating performance of the two groups after the training were higher than those of before the training （P 0.01）； joint operation performance of the two groups after the training were higher than those of before the training， joint operation performance of joint training group was higher than that of non-joint training group， the differences were statistically significant （P 0.01）. ②The beginning time of resuscitation of the two groups after the training were lower than those of before the training， and the beginning time of resuscitation of joint training group was lower than that of non-joint training group， the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05 or P 0.01）.
