化疗联合体外射频热疗治疗腹腔肿瘤伴癌性疼痛及腹水护理体会 　　[摘要] 目的 总结化疗联合热疗治疗腹腔肿瘤伴癌性疼痛及腹水的护理方法。 方法 将94例腹腔肿瘤伴癌性疼痛及腹水的患者随机分为两组，每组47例，均实施腹腔灌注化疗及体外射频热疗治疗，在治疗过程中对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施舒适护理，观察两组治疗依从性及护理效果。结果 观察组完全从医率、护理满意率均高于对照组（P0.05)；观察组护理后疼痛评分低于护理前及对照组（P0.05）；观察组烫伤、脂肪结节、低血压、电解质紊乱等并发症发生率低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 化疗联合热疗治疗腹腔肿瘤伴癌性疼痛及腹水疗效显著，辅之以优质舒适护理，可最大程度缓解患者疼痛，减少并发症，提高患者护理满意度，对改善患者预后有重要意义。 　　[关键词] 癌性疼痛；腹水；舒适护理；化疗；热疗 　　[中图分类号] R473[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）15-0098-04 　　 　　Nursing of chemotherapy combined with external hyperthermia in the treatment of abdominal tumors with cancer pain and ascites 　　WANG Lin’e1 JI Bing2 　　1.Supply Department, Huzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Province, Huzhou 313000, China; 2.Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University, Hangzhou 310022, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To summarize nursing methods of chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia in the treatment of cancer pain, ascites.
