北京市中医药养老服务发展现状及政策建议 　　[摘要] 北京市已经进入老龄化社会，养老形势非常严峻。加快发展养老服务业任务紧迫，中医药在养老卫生服务中具有独特的优势，在养老服务体系建设过程中应当积极推进中医药健康服务与养老服务相结合。本文从北京市养老现状出发，就北京市发展养老服务产业的困难和出路进行了阐释，并提出养老机构增强中医药养护功能，实现机构养老模式创新，让中医药养老服务进入社区和居民家庭，建立中医药养老服务示范区，提升中医药养老服务的智能化、信息化水平，支持和研发有利于老年人群的养老和医疗保健产品等措施。 　　[关键词] 中医药；养老服务；现状；北京 　　[中图分类号] R197 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）06（a）-0094-04 　　Development present situation and policy suggestion on old-age service of Beijing traditional Chinese medicine 　　HU Lingjuan WU Xin LI Ruifeng MENG Haoting CUI Yuanyue 　　Management School， Beijing University of Chinese Medicine， Beijing 100029， China 　　[Abstract] Beijing has entered the aging society， the situation of providing for the aged is very serious. The development of old-age service task is pressing， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has a unique advantage in the old-age health services. It is necessary to promote combination of Chinese medicine health services and social services during the development process of old-age service system. This paper explains the reason about development difficulties and its countermeasures of old-age health service industry proceed from the current situation of old-age service， and old-age care institutions should enhance nursing of TCM function， impel innovation of old-age care service mode， let TCM service for old-age go into communities and residents families， build TCM old-age service model areas， upgrade intelligentization and informatization of TCM old-age service， support and development conducive medical health products and measures for elderly group. 　　[Key words] Traditional Chinese medicine； Old-age service； Current situation； Beijing 　　中医药在养老卫生服务中具有独特的优势：中医药在预防和诊治某些老年病、慢性病种时，针对性强，疗效优，毒副作用少；针灸、推拿等中医药适宜技术群众基础好，易于掌握与推广；中医重视养生与保健，“治未病”理?与食疗理念日益为大众所接受；中医特色护理在养老卫生服务中非常符合居民需求特点等。北京市已经早于其他省市进入老龄化社会，探索适用于北京市老年人特点的融合中医养老服务的模式很有必要，国家明确提出在养老服务体系建设过程中应当积极推进中医药健康服务与养老服务相结合。 　　1 北京市养老服务现状 　　1.1 居家养老成为主流养老模式 　　近些年来，国际上许多国家都将社区居家养老服务作为一种重要的养老模式，社区居家养老模式因其具有明确的服务对象、服务形式多样、保障范围全面
