动机性访谈对PICC置管患者负性情绪影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨动机性访谈对PICC置管患者负性情绪的影响。方法 选取2016年1～12月我院收住院的PICC置管患者60例，根据住院号分为对照组和观察组，各30例，对照组患者给予常规治疗及护理，观察组在对照组基础上施行动机性访谈干预，比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况。结果 干预前，两组患者SAS、SDS评分结果比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均有所降低，与干预前比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 动机性访谈对于降低PICC置管患者的负性情绪具有可行性，能有效降低PICC置管患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，帮助患者树立正确的健康信念，提高患者的生存质量。 　　[关键词]动机性访谈；PICC置管；负性情绪；焦虑；抑郁 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）06（a）-0140-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the influence of motivational interviewing on the negative emotion of patients with PICC catheter.Methods 60 patients with PICC catheter in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the hospitalization number，with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing，while the observation group was given motivational interviewing on the basis of the control group.The degree of anxiety and depression were compared between two groups.Results Before intervention，there were no significant differences among the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups （P0.05）；after intervention，the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups were all decreased，and compared with those before intervention，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.And those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Motivational interviewing to reduce the negative emotions of patients with PICC tube is feasible， PICC tube can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of the patients， help patients to establish the correct health belief， improve the quality of life of patients. 　　[Key words]Motivational interviewing；PICC catheter；Negative emotion；Anxiety；Depression 　　?S着现代肿瘤患者的发病率越来越高，经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）技术在临床上得到广泛应用，也发展得日益成熟起来。但随着PICC技术的应用，诸多的问题也随之而来，导管的使用、护理、维护和导管脱落、导管堵塞、静脉炎、血栓等并发症问题这种创伤性的操作给长期带管患者带来身心的创伤，身体上
