右美托咪定复合小剂量丙泊酚在无痛纤维支气管镜检查中临床分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨右美托咪定复合小剂量丙泊酚在无痛纤支镜检查中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2016年7月～2017年7月收治的80例患者作为研究对象，以住院尾号单双号的形式分为研究组和对照组，各40例。研究组给予右美托咪定复合小剂量丙泊酚，对照组给予2.5 mg/kg丙泊酚注射。比较两组的麻醉苏醒时间、麻醉诱导时间、定向力恢复时间、不良反应发生率。结果 研究组麻醉后的麻醉苏醒时间、麻醉诱导时间和定向力恢复时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组的不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在无痛纤支镜检查中实施右美托咪定复合小剂量丙泊酚效果显著，能够有效缩短麻醉诱导时间和麻醉苏醒时间，同?r不良反应发生较少，患者麻醉安全性好，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]右美托咪定；丙泊酚；无痛纤支镜；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R443+.8 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0117-03 　　Clinical analysis of Dexmedetomidine combined with small dose Propofol in painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy 　　ZHANG Xin 　　Department of Anesthesiology，the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University （Shenzhen Futian），Guangdong Province，Shenzhen 518031，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with small dose of Propofol in painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods 80 patients with painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group according to the form of the single and double number of the inpatient number，40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Dexmedetomidine and low dose of Propofol，and the control group was given 2.5 mg/kg Propofol injection.The time of anesthesia recovery，the time of anesthesia induction，the recovery time of directional force and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of anesthesia recovery，the time of anesthesia induction and the recovery time of the directional force in the study group were shorter than those in the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with low dose of Propofol is significant in the treatment of painless bronchoscopy，which can effectively shorten
