右美托咪定配伍依托咪酯对全麻老年患者术后认知功能障碍影响 　　[摘要] 目的 ?τ颐劳羞涠ㄅ湮橐劳羞漉ザ匀?麻的老年患者术后认知功能障碍的影响进行分析。方法 随机抽取2014年8月―2015年8月之间该院收治的120例行全麻手术的老年患者作为研究对象将其分为3组，每组40例患者，并分别给予右美托咪定麻醉、依托咪酯麻醉和右美托咪定配伍依托咪酯，对比3组老年患者的术后认知功能障碍。结果 患者术后第1天及第3天，其MMSE评分均出现波动，但配伍组的MMSE评分为（25.7±2.7）分和（27.8±2.8）分，始终高于右美托咪定组的（24.3±2.6）分和（26.4±1.4）分及依托咪酯组的（24.6±1.8）分和（26.3±1.7）分，配伍组术后认知障碍总发生人数3例，少于右美托咪定组14例，及依托咪酯组18例，配伍组术后认知障碍总发生率7.50%，低于右美托咪定组35.00%及依托咪酯组45.00 %，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用右美托咪定配伍依托咪酯为老年手术患者进行全麻，能够提高患者术后的MMSE评分，并且降低患者的术后认知障碍发生率，对患者的预后具有积极的作用，值得进行推广。 　　[关键词] 右美托咪定；依托咪酯；全麻；老年患者；术后认知功能障碍 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）02（c）-0011-03 　　Effect of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Etomidate on Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction in Elderly Patients Undergoing General Anesthesia 　　LIU Jing， LIU Li ，QIU Tong-xia 　　Department Surgical Anaesthesia， Rizhao Center Hospital， Rizhao， Shandong Province， 276800 China 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to the effect on cognitive dysfunction of dexmedetomidine combined with etomidate for anesthesia in elderly patients after operation were analyzed.
