双花百合片在肿瘤化疗方面预防口腔黏膜炎疗效临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析双花百合片在肿瘤化疗方面预防口腔黏膜炎疗效的临床价值。 方法 2014年1～8月在我院住院治疗的恶性肿瘤患者80例，随机分为双花百合组（40例）和常规治疗组（40例），观察分析双花百合组和常规治疗组化疗所致口腔黏膜炎发生率、口腔溃疡严重程度、疼痛缓解时间、VAS评分和不良反应。 结果 双花百合组的化疗所致口腔黏膜炎发生率显著低于常规治疗组（P0.05）；双花百合组的Ⅲ、Ⅳ级口腔溃疡发生率显著低于常规治疗组（P0.05）；双花百合组的疼痛缓解时间显著低于常规治疗组（P0.05），VAS评分显著低于常规治疗组（P0.05）；两组患者均未出现严重并发症。 结论 双花百合片能够减轻化疗所致口腔黏膜炎患者溃疡疼痛，减轻溃疡严重程度，减少镇痛药应用，促进溃疡愈合、安全性高。 　　[关键词] 恶性肿瘤；化疗；口腔黏膜炎；双花百合片 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）24-173-03 　　The clinical value analysis of shuanghua Baihe pill in the prevent of chemotherapy related oral mucositis 　　YANG Lei1 ZHENG Lu2 　　1.Department of Internal Medicine-Oncology，Cancer Hospital of Nantong，Nantong 226361，China；2.Shanghai Haini Pharmaceuticals Company Affiliated to Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group，Shanghai 201318，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical value of shuanghua baihe pill in the prevent of chemotherapy related oral mucositis. Methods 80 chemotherapy related oral mucositis patients in our hospital from January 2014 to August were selected for this study，the patients were divided into two groups randomly.The groups were shuanghua baihe group（40）and routine therapy group（40）respectively，then incidence of chemotherapy related oral mucositis and the severe level of chemotherapy related oral mucositis，VAS and adverse reaction were observed and analyzed. Results The incidence of chemotherapy related oral mucositis in shuanghua baihe group was lower than routine therapy group（P0.05）；The incidence of severe level Ⅲ and Ⅳ in shuanghua baihe group was lower than routine therapy group（P0.05）；The pain alleviated time in shuanghuabaihe group was lower than routine therapy group（P0.05），VAS was lower than routine therapy group（P0.05）；there were no severe adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion Shuanhua baihe pills can alleviate the pain of chemotherapy related oral mucositis， decrese the application of analgetic，allevate the severity of ulcer，improve the heal of ulcer，in the meanti
