右美托咪定在气管内全身麻醉苏醒期拔管临床应用 　　摘要：目的：探讨右美托咪定在气管内全身麻醉患者苏醒期拔管的应用的临床效果。方法：选取2009年7月至2010年7月在我院住院治疗的患者76例，所有患者均选择全身麻醉下行择期手术，其中男性43例，女性33例，患者年龄13～56岁，平均年龄为29.3岁。将患者随机分为两组，分别以右美托咪定和曲马多做为患者气管内全麻苏醒期拔管的镇静药物，两组患者在性别、年龄、身高、体重及ASA分级上均无显著性差异。结果：观察组患者在吸痰时、拔管时和拔管5分钟后的舒张压、收缩压和心率与对照组相比均有显著性差异（p0.05）。观察组的躁动情况与对照组相比具有显著性差异（p0.05）。结论 本次研究证明，右美托咪定在气管内全身麻醉苏醒期拔管中应用，有显著的安全性和镇静作用，对于患者血压和心率的稳定有良好的效果，是术后镇痛的重要麻醉药物。 　　关键词：右美托咪定；气管内全麻； 苏醒期； 拔管 　　Beauty’s microphones set right period of extubation in endotracheal general anesthesia clinical application 　　Cao NingxueLiu Lan 　　Abstract：Objective：to explore the right beautiful mi in patients with endotracheal general anesthesia to the clinical effect of the application of tube drawing. Methods：selected in July 2009 to July 2010 in our hospital 76 cases of hospitalized patients， all patients choose general anesthesia downlink undergoing elective surgery， 43 cases of men， women， 33 cases， patients’ age 13 to 56 years old， the average age of 29.3 years. Results：observation group of patients， when sputum suction tube drawing and extubation after 5 minutes of diastolic and systolic blood pressure and heart rate compared with the control group had significant difference （p0.05）. Observation group of agitation condition compared with the control group with significant difference （p0.05）. Conclusion： this study demonstrates， right the microphones on endotracheal general anesthesia to phase in the tube drawing application， a significant safety and calming effect， for the stability of blood pressure and heart rate has a good effect， is one of the important anesthesia postoperative analgesic drugs. 　　Key words：right beauty holds the mi； Endotracheal general ane
