参合农民对新型农村合作医疗制度运行状况满意程度及其影响因素分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨参合农民对新型农村合作医疗制度运行状况的满意程度及其影响因素。方法：采取分层抽样的方式，随机抽取本市周边3个乡镇共276户农村常住居民家庭进行相关问卷调查，对参合农民基本情况、卫生需求及利用情况、对新型农村合作医疗满意情况进行调查，并分析影响参合农民满意程度的因素。结果：本次研究共发放问卷276份，回收有效问卷263份，问卷回收有效率为95.29%；263例参合农民对新农合运行状况“满意”187例（71.10%）、“一般”67例（25.48%）、“不满意”9例（3.42%）；单因素分析结果显示，年龄、文化程度、职业、健康状况、对新农合知晓情况、住院情况6个因素对参合农民满意度具有显著影响（P0.05）；将上述单因素分析具有统计学意义的因素进一步采取Logistic回归分析，结果显示，对新农合知晓情况、文化程度、年龄、职业及住院情况进入Logistic回归模型，为影响参合农民满意度的独立因素（P0.05）。结论：本市周边乡镇参合农民对于新型农村合作医疗制度运行状况的总体满意度较高，影响参合农民满意度的重要因素包括参合者文化程度、对新农合知晓情况、年龄、住院情况及职业。 　　【关键词】 新型农村合作医疗制度； 运行满意度； 影响因素 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the satisfaction of participation of farmers on the operational status of the new rural cooperative medical system and its influencing factors.Method：We adopted the method of stratified sampling method，were randomly selected from the city surrounding three towns a total of 276 households rural residents family of questionnaire investigation，the factors of farmer participation basic situation，health needs and utilization，the new rural cooperative medical service satisfaction were investigated，and the impact of participating farmers satisfaction were analyzed.Result：In this study，a total of 276 questionnaires，263 valid questionnaires，the effective rate of the questionnaire was 95.29%.263 cases of farmers on the operation status of the “new rural cooperative satisfaction” in 187 cases （71.10%），“general” in 67 cases （25.48%），“not satisfied” in 9 cases （3.42%）.The results of single factor analysis in that age，education，occupation，health status，the awareness of the six factors of the new rural cooperative medical hospital，and had a significant impact on farmers（P0.05）.The single factor analysis statistical significance factors take further Logistic regression analysis，the results showed that the awareness，education，age，career and hospitalization the situation in the Logistic regression model for new rural cooperative medical system，the independent factors influencing farmers（P0.
