厄贝沙坦对糖尿病并发高血压高龄患者肾功能保护作用 　　【摘 要】目的：探究对糖尿病并发高血压高龄患者运用厄贝沙坦实施救治对其肾功能的保护作用。方法：选取我院接收诊治的糖尿病并发高血压高龄患者90例作为研究样本，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采取非洛地平缓释片展开治疗，观察组应用厄贝沙坦展开治疗。结果：观察组患者临床治疗有效率相较于对照组对应数值，提升趋势显著（P0.05）；治疗后，两组空腹血糖含量及空腹胰岛素含量均显著低于治疗前，且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组（P0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的尿微量清蛋白水平、糖化血红蛋白水平、舒张压及收缩压相较于治疗前，均呈现显著改善趋势，且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：对糖尿病并发高血压高龄患者运用厄贝沙坦实施救治，临床治疗结果显著，对患者临床治疗有效率的提升具有积极作用，降低血糖及血压效果显著，同时对患者肾功能的实现过程起到有效的保护作用。 　　【关键词】厄贝沙坦；糖尿病；高血压；高龄患者；肾功能 　　Abstract Objective： To explore the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension irbesartan treatment protective effect on renal function.Methods：The hospital received the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension in elderly patients with 90 cases as the research sample， were randomly divided into control group and observation group， the control group took Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets to start treatment， the observation group used irbesartan to carry out treatment.Results： The observation group clinical effective rate of treatment compared with the control group the corresponding values， enhance the trend significantly （P 0.05）； after treatment， two groups of fasting plasma glucose and fasting insulin levels were significantly lower than before treatment， and the observation group improved significantly.In the control group （P 0.05）； after treatment， the two groups of patients with urinary albumin levels， glycated hemoglobin level， diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure compared with before treatment， showed a significant improvement trend， and the observation group improved significantly better than the control group （P 0.05）.Conclusion： The treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension the use of irbesartan in elderly patients， the clinical treatment results were significant， has a positive effect on the efficiency of the clinical treatment of patients， decrease blood glucose and blood pressure significantly， and the realization process
