半夏泻心汤加减治疗萎缩性胃炎临床研究 　　摘要：目的 观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗萎缩性胃炎（脾胃湿热型）临床疗效。方法 收集2013年6月～2014年7月50例萎缩性胃炎患者分为对照组40例和观察组10例。对照组采用胃复春治疗，连续24w。实验组在对照组基础上给予半夏泻心汤加减治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效结果。结果 观察组患者脘腹胀满、痞闷、嗳气、食欲不振等症状较对照组有明显改善。对照组有效率为70%，实验组有效率为87.5%。两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 半夏泻心汤加减治疗萎缩性胃炎疗效明显。 　　关键词：半夏泻心汤；萎缩性胃炎；脾胃湿热型 　　Clinical Study on the Treatment of Atrophic Gastritis （Damp Heat of Spleen and Stomach） with Modified Decoction for Purging Stomach and Purging Heart 　　CHEN Li，FENG Shao-zhong，LIU Qin，MA Wen-yuan 　　（Department of Internal Medicine，Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Qingpu District，Shanghai 200000，China） 　　Abstract：Objective Investigate the clinical efficacy of banxiaxiexin decoction in treatment of atrophic gastritis.Methods Collect 50 cases of atrophic gastritis patients from June 2013 to July 2014， and are divided into two groups： 40 cases of control group and 10 cases of observation group. The control group is treated by Weifuchun of 24 consecutive weeks. The observation group is treated by banxiaxiexin decoction on the base of the control group.Results Compare the clinical outcomes of the two groups. Abdominal fullness and distension， spleen， loss of appetite and other symptoms of patients in observation group are getting perceptibly better than the patients in control group. 70% of effective rate is obtained in control group， and 87.5% in observation group.
