品管圈在降低输注甘露醇所致静脉炎发生率中作用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨开展品管圈活动对降低输注20%甘露醇所致静脉炎发生率的作用。 方法 选取2014年4～6月在我院神经外科住院并常规输注20%甘露醇的97例患者作为对照组，采取常规常温输注甘露醇，输注完毕未规范冲封管。选取2014年7～9月输注20%甘露醇的105例患者作为观察组，该组患者甘露醇输注前加热至适宜温度，输注完毕规范冲封管。通过开展以“降低输注甘露醇所致静脉炎发生率”为主题的品管圈活动，对活动前后两组静脉炎发生率进行统计、分析，并制订对策及实施措施。 结果 开展品管圈活动后输注甘露醇所致静脉炎发生率由67.01%下降至22.86%，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。活动后圈成员在发现问题解决问题、团队合作、沟通能力、专业知识、组织能力、工作积极性等方面有大幅度提升，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。 结论 开展品管圈活动，可降低输注甘露醇所致静脉炎的发生率，规范输注甘露醇的流程，提高护士的综合素质。 　　[关键词] 品管圈；甘露醇；静脉炎 　　[中图分类号] R472.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）08（b）-0161-04 　　Effects of quality control circle on reducing the incidence rate of phlebitis induced by injection of mannitol 　　WANG Juan HE Hui-lan WANG Jing MA Dan 　　Department of Neurosurgery，the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiangtong University，Xi′an 710061，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle on reducing the incidence rate of phlebitis induced by injection of 20% mannitol. Methods 97 patients with conventional infusion of 20% mannitol in the Department of Neurosurgery in our hospital from April to June in 2014 were selected as the control group.They were given the injection of mannitol with normal temperature，and tube flushing and sealing were not standardized after the injection.105 patients who were given the intervention of injection of 20 % mannitol from July to September 2014 were selected as observation group.The intervention measure for this group was that mannitol was heated to appropriate temperature before injection，and tube flushing and sealing was standardized after the injection.The activity of quality control circle，with the theme of reducing the incidence rate of phlebitis induced by injection of mannitol.The incidence rate of phlebitis in two groups was collected and analyzed，and strategies was formulated and implemented. Results The incidence rate of phlebitis induced by the injection of mannitol after the activity of quality control circle reduced from 67.01% to 22.86%，and the difference was s
