品管圈活动在减轻闭合性骨折初期局部肿痛价值分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨品管圈活动在减轻闭合性骨折初期局部肿痛的应用价值。方法：选取2014年4月-2015年4月拟于本院行闭合性骨折治疗的患者94例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组47例。对照组采用常规围术期护理，观察组由专人组建品管圈小组对骨折患者初期局部肿痛的原因和护理方法进行讨论分析，并提出相应对策。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、护理前后VAS评分、生活质量SF-36评分及患者满意度。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为97.86%，患者满意度为91.48%，均高于对照组的78.71%和53.18%；护理后，两组生活质量评分均较护理前升高，且观察组升高更明显；VAS评分均较护理前降低，且观察组降低更明显，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：品管圈活动应用于减轻闭合性骨折患者的初期肿痛中能够提高患者的治疗总有效率，缓解疼痛症状，提高生活质量和满意度，值得临床应用。 　　【关键词】 品管圈活动； 闭合性骨折； 局部肿痛； 价值分析 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application value of QCC activities to reduce the closed fracture early local swelling and pain.Method：From April 2014 to April 2015，94 cases of closed fractures treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method，each group had 47 cases.The control group were used routine perioperative nursing care，quality control circle group were set up by specially-assigned person aim to analyze the causes of early local swelling and nursing methods of fracture and put forward countermeasure in the observation group.The total treatment effective rate，the VAS score，quality of life SF-36 score and patient satisfaction rate before and after nursing were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.86%，and the satisfaction rate was 91.48%，which was higher than that of 78.71% and 53.18% in the control group.After nursing，the scores of quality of life in two groups were higher than before nursing，and the observation group increased more significantly（P0.05）.The VAS scores were lower than before nursing，and the observation group decreased more significantly，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The quality control circle activities apply to reduce swelling in the closed fractures patients can improve treatment total effective rate，alleviate pain，improve life quality and satisfaction.It is worth clinical promotion. 　　【Key
