地氯雷他定片联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎效果及对炎症介质影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨地氯雷他定片联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果及对炎症介质的影响。 方法 选取2013年9月～2015年10月沧州市妇幼保健院收治的140例小儿毛细支气管炎患者作为研究对象，采用简单随机化方法随机分为观察组（n = 70）和对照组（n = 70），两组患儿均给予常规抗病毒治疗，对照组还予以布地奈德悬混液雾化吸入治疗，观察组予以地氯雷他定片联合布地奈德悬混液雾化吸入治疗。观察两组治疗有效率、症状体征消失时间；观察两组治疗前后白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）及肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的变化。 结果 治疗7 d后，观察组患儿的总有效率达97.1%，高于对照组的90.0%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；治疗7 d后，观察组的血清IL-4、IL-8和TNF-α水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05或P 0.01）；观察组的各项临床症状及体征消失时间明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 采用地氯雷他定片联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎能明显改善临床症状，降低炎性反应，从而提高治疗效果，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词] 布地奈德混悬液；雾化吸入；地氯雷他定；毛细支气管炎 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）09（b）-0076-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Desloratadine with nebulised Budesonide Suspension in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis. Methods A total of 140 cases of children with bronchiolitis from September 2013 to October 2015 were recruited. The patients were divided into observation group （ n = 70） and control group （n = 70） by simple randomization. Two groups were both given conventional treatment， the control group was also given Budesonide Suspension while the observation group was given Desloratadine with nebulised Budesonide Suspension. The levels of IL-4， IL-8 and TNF-α， the changes in the clinical symptoms and physical signs and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After 7 d of treatment， the overall clinical response rate was much higher in the observation group than in the control group （97.1% vs 90.0%）， with statistically significant difference （P 0.05）； the levels of IL-4， IL-8 and TNF-α in observation group were much lower than control group （P 0.05 or P 0.01）； the times for disappearances of the symptoms and physical signs in the observation group were less than control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion For children with bronchiolitis， Desloratadine combined with nebulised Budesonide Suspension can effectively improve the clinical symptoms
