基于回归分析与网络DEA城市公交企业运营效率分析 　　摘要：作为公交服务的主体城市公交企业运营效率直接关系着城市交通的正常运转。科学、合理地分析城市公交企业的运营效率有助于深入了解自身运营管理状况促进公交服务水平和质量的提高。根据城市公交企业的运营特点应用网络DEA思想，将公交企业运营过程分解为生产和消费子过程据此建立相应的效率评价指标体系；此外考虑外部环境对运营效率评价的影响提出一种修正外部环境影响的多元回归分析，以及网络DEA集成的城市公交企业效率评价模型。最后应用所得方法，系统对我国2013年22个不同城市公交企业的运营效率进行分析分析结果表明，所构建的效率评价方法不仅科学、有效而且该方法既能准确、真实地分析城市公交企业的整体运营效率又能更深入解析导致效率低下的根源。 　　关键词：公交企业；运营效率；网络DEA；子过程；外部环境 　　中图分类号：F5125文献标志码：A文章编号：1671-1254（2015）04-0068-08 　　Evaluating the Operation Efficiency of City Bus Enterprises Based onRegression Analysis and Network Data Envelopment Analysis 　　GAO Zhifang，QIN Chaochun，PENG Dinghong 　　（Institute of Quality Development， Kunming University of Science and TechnologyKunming 650093，Yunnan， China） 　　Abstract：Urban bus enterprises， as the main management body of providing bus service， have an utmost influence on the normal operation of the city through the quality of their operation process. It is of great significance to help bus enterprises fully understand the operation condition and improve the operation efficiency by analyzing the operation efficiency of bus enterprises. Therefore， based on the network data envelopment analysis theory and in light of the characteristics of city bus enterprises operation， the bus enterprises operation process is divided into steps to analyze deeply the key steps which affect the operation efficiency of bus enterprises. Considering the problems of unfair efficiency process evaluation caused by external environment， this article present a model to analyze the efficiency of bus enterprises with the help of the multiple regression analysis and the network DEA model in order to lessen the impact of external environment on the operation efficiency evaluation. Finally， the operation efficiency of different bus enterprises from China in 2011 is measured with the presented model， and the analyzed results indicate that the method can not only lessen the impact of external environment on the operation efficiency but also exactly analyz
