Methods A column of iamonsil C18 was adopted,and the mobile phase was -1 the mixture of methanol-014%phosphoric acid( 50 B 50) at a flow rate of 11 0mL # min . The wavelength was set at 360nm. Results There was a good linear relationship of quercetin in the concentration range of 010088~ 015262Lg( r= 019997) . T he average recoverise( n= 6) were 981 8%(RS = 310%) . T here was a good linear relationship of kaempferide in the concentration range of 01 0242~ 11 4496Lg(r = 01 9999) . The average recoverise( n= 6) were 10015%( RS = 210%) . Conclusion T he method is simple andaccurate. It can be used for the quantitative analysis of Cel at rus or bicul at us T hunb.
