宫缩乏力性产后出血给予卡前列素氨丁三醇临床研究 　　摘要：目的：研究卡前列素氨丁三醇在宫缩乏力性产后出血中发挥的止血效果和能力。方法：将我院2013年8月～2015年2月确诊并救治的88名宫缩乏力性产后出血患者随机分为研究组和对照组各44人。对照组患者应用缩宫素实施臀深部肌肉注射治疗，研究组患者应用卡前列素氨丁三醇实施宫内肌肉注射或臀深部肌肉注射治疗。对比两组疗效、止血时间及给药前后阴道出血量变化，统计两组不良反应。结果：研究组其总有效率为90.91%，显著高于对照组的70.45%（P0.05），给药后两组阴道出血量均显著降低（P0.05），而研究组给药后阴道出血量显著低于对照组（P0.05）。对照组不良反应发生率为0，显著低于研究组的20.45%。但研究组不良反应均迅速自行缓解。结论：宫缩乏力性产后出血给予卡前列素氨丁三醇可迅速促进宫缩及止血，虽然不良反应较多，但并不严重，故不会显著降低用药安全性。 　　关键词：宫缩乏力性产后出血；缩宫素；卡前列素氨丁三醇 　　Abstract： Objective： To study the effect of carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three play in the postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia the hemostatic effect and ability. Methods： in our hospital in August 2010 to 2015 years 2 months of diagnosis and treatment of 88 uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into study group and control group （n = 44）. The control group was treated with oxytocin， and the study group was treated with intramuscular injection or deep intramuscular injection of the hip in the study group. To compare the effects of two groups， the time of hemostasis and the amount of vaginal bleeding before and after the administration， the adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results： the total effective rate of the study group was 90.91%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 0.05）， to after the administration of two groups of vaginal bleeding volume were significantly decreased （P 0.05）， while the study group to drugs after the amount of vaginal bleeding was significantly lower than that of control group （P 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.45%， which was significantly lower than that in the study group of 0. But the adverse reactions of the study group were rapidly relieved. Conclusion： uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage given card carboprost tromethamine can quickly promote uterine contraction， hemostasis， although a lot of adverse reactions， but not serious， so will not significantly reduce medicatio
