家属哀伤疗护对患者生活质量影响 　　摘 要 目的：探讨对恶性肿瘤家属实施哀伤疗护对患者生活质量的影响。方法：选择2012年9月-2013年12月中心肿瘤患者及家属106对，分为研究组和对照组各53对，在对患者实施常规护理外，对研究组家属实施哀伤疗护，用健康状况调查表（SF-36）评估两组患者的生活质量。结果：研究组患者在家属实施哀伤疗护前后的生活质量比较，除身体疼痛维度外，其余维度评分差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：实施家属哀伤疗护可提高肿瘤患者的生活质量。 　　关键词 哀伤疗护 生活质量 家属 　　中图分类号：R473.74 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）02-0037-03 　　The impact of implementation of the grief care for the family members on the life quality of patients 　　JIANG Zhongtao， SUN Wei， ZHENG Jiaping 　　（Huajing Community Health Service Center of Xuhui District， Shanghai 200231， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the impact of the grief care for the family members on the life quality of the patients. Methods： One hundred and six pairs of the patients with cancer and their family members were selected from September， 2012 - December 2013 in the centre， and were randomly divided into a study group and a control one with 53 cases each. In the study group， the grief care was given to their family members besides the conventional nursing for the patients. The health questionnaire （SF-36） was used to assess the life quality of the patients in two groups during the intervention. Results： As compared with the life quality in the patients of the study group before and after implementation of the grief care for the family members， in addition to the physical pain dimension， the difference of the rest dimensions had the statistical significance （P0.05）. At the same time， compared with the life quality of the patients in the control group， in addition to the two dimensions of physiological functions， the remaining dimensions had no statistically significant difference （P0.05）.
