宫腔镜手术前米索前列醇片两种上药方法疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：比较电切宫腔镜术前使用的米索前列醇片两种不同阴道置药方法对手术辅助的疗效。方法：选取笔者所在医院2013年7月份所有进行宫腔镜电切手术且术前放置米索前列醇片患者，共72例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组患者的米索前列醇氯化钠注射液蘸湿掰碎后放置后穹隆部，对照组患者的米索前列醇片整颗放置后穹隆部。对比两组患者的宫颈口术中扩张程度、术后出血时间、术后疼痛评分、不良反应等。结果：观察组宫颈软化扩张程度优于对照组，观察组术后出血时间短于对照组，观察组疼痛评分低于对照组。两组上述指标比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：观察组米索前列醇的使用方法更能有效软化及扩张宫颈，并能缩短术后出血时间，减轻术后疼痛，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 宫腔镜手术； 米索前列醇片 　　中图分类号 R713 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）11-0016-02 　　The Curative Effect Observation of Two Different Ways to Use Misoprostol before Hysteroscopy Procedure/LIN Min-shi，CHEN Li-he，XIE Jing-ying.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（11）：16-17 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the curative effect of two different ways in using misoprostol in the virginal before hysteroscopy procedure.Method：Author recruited 72 cases with hysteroscopic surgery which were used misoprostol as pretreatment from July 2013 in author’s hospital，were randomly divided into observation group and control group，in the experiment group，crumbed the tablets and made them wet by sodium Chloride Injection before putting them into the virginal，in the control group，only put the tablets in the virginal.The cervix extension in the procedure，length of bleeding after the hysteroscopy procedure，score of pain after the hysteroscopy procedure，adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result：The cervix extension in the procedure of observation group was better than control group，the length of bleeding after the surgery of observation group was shorter than control group，the pain score of observation group was lower than control group.The difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：The way crumbing the tablets and making them wet by sodium Chloride Injection before putting them into the virginal as pretreatment of hysteroscopy procedure is better than the traditional way in the aspects of cervical softening，can reduce the length of bleeding after surgery and release the pain after the surgery，is wor
