宫颈扩张球囊促足月妊娠宫颈成熟和引产效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨宫颈扩张球囊促足月妊娠宫颈成熟和引产的效果分析。方法 方便选取2014年11月―2015年12月该院妇产科收治的120例已有引产指征的足月妊娠者，按照随机抽取法将其分为两组，每组60例。对照组的孕产妇单纯应用缩宫素促进宫颈成熟并进行引产，而观察组的孕产妇则在此基础上联合采用宫颈扩张球囊法进行引产。结果 观察组的促足月妊娠宫颈成熟总有效率为100%，而对照组的为71.7%；观察组的宫颈成熟度评分、产后出血量、临产时间、引产次数，明显优于对照组；且观察组的临床阴道分娩率和成功引产率也显著高于对照组；各项指标的对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在临床引产过程中，应用宫颈扩张球囊促足月妊娠宫颈成熟的效果更佳，提高了阴道分娩率及成功引产率，是理想的临床应用方法。 　　[关键词] 宫颈扩张球囊；宫颈成熟；引产 　　[中图分类号] R246.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（b）-0067-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate cervical balloon dilatation of promoting the term pregnancy for cervical ripening and labor induction effect analysis. Methods Convenient selection a total of November 2014 ― December 2015 the hospital department of gynaecology and obstetrics in 120 cases of existing labor refers to the syndrome of full-term pregnancy， according to the random sampling method will be divided into two groups， each group 60 cases in the control group. Maternal simple application of oxytocin to promote cervical ripening and labor induction， and the observation group of pregnant women is based on combined with cervical dilation balloon induced labor. Results Observation group promoting the term pregnancy cervical ripening total efficiency was 100%， while the control group was 71.7%； observation group of cervical Maturity score， amount of postpartum hemorrhage， labor time， frequency of induced abortion， significantly better than the control group； and in the observation group， the clinical vaginal delivery rate and the successful induction rate was significantly higher than that in control group； contrast differences between the indicators， there were obvious statistical significance （P 0.05）. Conclusion In the process of induced abortion in cases of， application of cervical dilatation balloon promoting the term pregnancy cervical ripening effect better， improve the vaginal delivery rate and successful induction rate[1] is ideal method for clinical application. 　　[Key words] Cervical dilation ball
