It is necessary to design this module to meet the practical requirement. All in all, the develop of it is important to realize the significant of having a valuable and extensive foregscene. According to the technical standard, signal conditioning circuit and protesting circuit are designed, which satisfy the test system. The technique of hardware paste is adopted to accomplish to cut the developing period and improve work efficiency. There are many key technology involved in this design, including AC/DC coupling, high/low input impedance switch, sigle/differential transmation, controlled gain adjustment and so on, which improve the stabilization, accuracy and reliability of condition circuit. VXIbus based digital oscilloscope module uses FPGA technology to control the VXI interface and the A/D converter and the PGA. A full digitized construction of the trigger circuit used in digital storage oscilloscope is discussed. The dual RAM is used for the controlling of sampling datastorage by making use of the RAM and high-speed counters characteristic in storing data. Use high speed, large addressing space DSP to deal with the problem of coordination multifunction tasks, complex data architecture and high data transfers speed. High speed and big capacity DRAM is used to solve the problem of huge throughput capacity. The drivers, which accord with the VXI plugplay specification are developed using LabWindows/CVI. Based on Microsoft Visual Studio.NET2003, panels are designed. Actual running in the laboratory shows that the design of the VXI digital oscilloscope module is reasonable and the performance is reliable and stable.
