It is rich and colorful mobile data services ,it’s like a Unit of fresh blood stream being injected into the mobile communications industry, development, enables mobile operators, system, device manufacturers and mobile phone manufacturers to maintain their thriving office ran vitality. At present, the mobile communications industrys focus of attention is the prospect of 3G, in a sense, the constant innovation of the mobile data value-added services is where the future of 3G. The development of mobile value-added services to a large extent depends on the mobile network data channel carrying capacity. As the mainstream 3G mobile communication technology, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and CDMA2000 commercial networks, mobile networks, the data carrying capacity have been significantly improved. With the same time, mobile device manufacturers, the timely availability and support for WAP, MMS, Java, positioning, camera, music and mobile TV features a variety of new mobile phones, these are for the development of mobile data services has provided a broad space. In this paper, the construction of China Unicoms WCDMA network, a comprehensive introduction to the basic concepts of WCDMA systems, WCDMA key technology, the wireless interface technology, to be elaborated into a mature solution for WCDMA networks.
