I I T 化工厂物流网络优化布局研究 摘 要 物流作为经济、生产、流通整个领域中除“低经营成本”和“高 效生产率”之外的第三利润源泉，正吸引越来越多的企业关注和参与。 物流网络结构的设计与优化对于提高企业物流系统运作效率非常有 效，它直接决定了企业物流系统的效率和优劣。对 T 化工厂来说，物 流网络设计与优化也已经成为其现代化进程必不可少的步骤之一。物 流网络的合理化在一定程度上也反映了企业的市场竞争能力与综合 管理水平。物流网络优化布局是物流网络优化中的一部分，在当前以 买方市场为特征的激烈环境下，结合 T 化工厂的现状，进行先进、高 效的物流网络布局优化对 T 化工厂在市场上取得竞争优势就具有十 分关键的作用。 本文首先介绍了 T 化工厂的情况，对现有的物流网络现状进行了 概况介绍并分析其存在的问题，然后针对问题提出了 T 化工厂对物流 网络优化布局的需要。 本文接着讨论了物流及物流网络优化布局的相关理论。并采取定 量分析与定性分析相结合、理论分析与实证案例分析相结合的研究方 法，充分利用现有的研究成果，总结历史经验，重点讨论并设计和建 立 T 化工厂的需求预测模型、物流设施选址模型以及面积规划方案。 并利用这些模型对 T 化工厂物流网络布局进行了优化。 II II 关键词 优化布局/需求预测/设施选址 PAGE PAGE IV RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZATION OF LOGISTIC NETWORK LOCATION OF A CHEMICAL PLANT ABSTRACT Logistic is attracting attention and participation of more and more enterprises acting as the third profit source besides the low cost of operation and the highly effective productivity in the entire domain of the economy, the production and the circulation. The logistic network design has become one of the most essential steps in the process of modernization of the enterprise. In order to fulfill prompt logistic service, simple and efficient allocation and distribution, the lowest expense cost and high quality of customer service level, fully application of modern technology and cooperation of organizations are highly demanded for realization of the rationalization of the logistic network or optimization of logistic network location. The higher degree of the logistic network location, the quicker the circulation and the higher the economic profit. For T chemical factory, the designing of logistics network structure is very effective for enhancing enterprise logistics system efficiency, and it decides efficiency of enterprise logistics department and logistics system, and, to certain extent, it reflects competitive competence and compositive environment which character is that the buyer’s demand is determinant, and advanced good efficient logistics network is very pivotal for T chemistry factory to gain predominan
